1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the aee444 website at https://aee444.bet, its mobile interface, all games, betting markets, and associated features and services.
• "Account" means a registered player account held by an individual user of the Platform.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered an Account or accesses the Platform.

• "Funds" means the real-money balance held within a Player's Account, including but not limited to deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits where applicable.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) and be the sole beneficial owner of your Account.

• You must not hold any other active or suspended Account on the aee444 Platform. Only one Account per person, household, shared IP address, or device is permitted.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by aee444 or any third-party responsible gaming programme through which aee444 has agreed to apply exclusion decisions.
• You accept full responsibility for determining whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.

aee444 reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or proof of address — at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a significant increase in account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. aee444 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password combining upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable all available two-factor or OTP verification features offered by the Platform.
• Log out from your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Contact aee444 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

aee444 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their last-used verified payment method, provided all withdrawal eligibility conditions have been met.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

aee444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods currently listed in the Cashier section of your Account dashboard. • The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit amounts for card and crypto methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance as soon as confirmation is received from the payment network. Mobile banking deposits typically confirm within 60 seconds under normal network conditions.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as a measure against money laundering.
• aee444 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider or network may apply its own charges. Crypto withdrawals are subject to applicable network gas fees.
• aee444 may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity or source-of-funds verification. Players will be notified of any such hold and the documentation required to resolve it.
• Any funds deposited via a payment method not registered in the Player's own name will be subject to additional review and may be returned to source.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, aee444 offers Bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible Players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from Bonus winnings. The following general conditions apply to all Bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, device, IP address, or payment method, unless explicitly stated that a Bonus is repeatable.

• Bonuses have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts or to third parties.

6. Game Rules & Betting Conduct

All games and betting markets available on the aee444 Platform operate under their own individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface or in the game-specific help section. Players are responsible for reading and understanding those rules before participating. The following general conduct rules apply across all products on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. aee444 will not reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of demonstrable technical error or where aee444's risk management team determines that a bet was placed on an incorrect market price resulting from a Platform error.
• aee444 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed after an event has already concluded, or where the outcome was known to the Player at the time of placement.
• The use of any automated betting tool, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all Funds.
• Players must not exploit any bug, glitch, or error in the Platform software. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be removed from the Player's balance. The Player may additionally be subject to account closure.
• Cricket betting markets on aee444 — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers, and other cricket competitions — are subject to event-specific settlement rules. In-play markets are settled based on official match data sources used by aee444.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aee444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. aee444's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aee444 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events beyond aee444's reasonable control (including telecommunications infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or regulatory intervention) may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services.

11. Amendments to These Terms

aee444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. The effective date of any revised Terms will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through aee444's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
